《Somebody That I Used to Know》（翻譯：熟悉的陌生人），是由澳大利亞及比利時雙重國籍歌手高堤耶（藝名：Gotye）創作及演唱的歌曲，並由紐西蘭歌手Kimbra參與伴唱。歌曲於2011年7月5日由作為高堤耶第3張錄音室專輯《幻鏡》（Making Mirrors）的第2支單曲發行，而環球音樂在美國和愛爾蘭發行單曲。《熟悉的陌生人》是一首中速的獨立流行民謠，該曲並獲得2013年度最佳錄音和年度最佳流行組合或團體兩座葛萊美獎項。
