《The A Team》是英國歌手紅髮艾德 (Ed Sheeran) 於2011年6月發表的民謠風歌曲，也是紅髮艾德創作專輯「+」主打歌曲，內容描述墜入紅塵的墮落天使，曲調輕快抒情的悲傷民歌。
講到《The A Team》就不得不提1980年代美國的熱門電視影集《天龍特攻隊》（The A-Team），是台灣第一部以中文配音獲得收視成功的外國影集，更開啟了台視長達將近9年的週六晚間8:00的影集時段《台視影集》。《天龍特攻隊》影集播出的開場白︰泥巴、怪頭、小白、哮狼，這一群從越戰退伍的英雄，他們嚮往自由自在的冒險生涯，不願意受到拘束。他們冒險犯難解決困難，只要價錢合適，誰都可以請他們去賣命，但是他們也常毫無代價地為正義而戰鬥，所以他們組成了「天龍特攻隊」！
《天龍特攻隊》於2010年6月10日推出電影版本，由連恩·尼遜飾演約翰·漢泥拔（泥巴），布萊德利·古柏飾演坦普萊頓·派克（小白）。原版演員「小白」德克班奈迪與「哮狼」杜威特舒茲，並在電影片末特別客串演出，兩人分別出現在自己過去所演的角色的場景中而演出醫生及曬日照機的人。
1980年代傳說的《天龍特攻隊》
紅髮艾德的歌曲《The A Team》當然與《天龍特攻隊》無關，「The A Team」指的是A段班的女生，形容女生很優很讚的意思。《The A Team》是具有個人風格的民謠歌曲，媲美1980年代民謠歌手 Suzanne Vega的成名曲《Luka》及Tracy Chapman的成名曲《Fast Car》，紅髮艾德的爆紅卻無端引起前Oasis成員Noel Gallagher不滿，除了質疑艾德的成就，更狠批樂壇正倒退至八零年代一樣。
紅髮艾德「+」專輯首發單曲《The A Team》於2011年拿下全英音樂單曲榜第三名的好成績，2012年艾德以「特別來賓」的身份參與了泰勒絲（Taylor Swift）的第四張專輯「Red」，並為英國男團One Direction作曲填詞，《The A Team》榮獲提名入圍第55屆葛萊美獎年度最佳歌曲。2013年艾德花了近整年的時間參與泰勒絲在北美的巡迴演出，2014年艾德發表了第二張專輯「X」，以《Sing》拿下2014年MTV音樂錄影帶大獎(2014 MTV VMA)最佳男歌手錄影帶的獎項，「X」並獲得第57屆葛萊美獎提名「最佳年度專輯」和「最佳流行演唱專輯」。
《The A Team》歌曲在全球各地播放，並沒有拿下任何一個排行榜冠軍，卻締造全球逾4百萬張專輯銷售，紅髮艾德可說是英國樂壇繼蘇珊大嬸（Susan Boyle）之後，最具爆發力的新人歌手。
